actor resource
It's not a secret.
you are what makes your performance and audition great.
Whenever one does a search for what makes a great audition, you will often hear rhetorical phrases such as, "Be Bold," "Take Chances," "Authenticity," "Grounded," etc. These are great general descriptors and pet words that are often empty and useless for the auditioning actor unless you know where and how to use them within the framework of the story and/or scenario.
I believe that one doesn't have to go any further than leaning into themselves and their imagination to bring in a great performance. We just have to know the parameters and settings of the scenario and world presented to us to allow the performer to properly place those 'bold and dangerous' choices to bring a unique, dynamic and authentic performance that stands out.
One thing I know is that there isn't a one method way of bringing out the best in someone. The best personal trainers fit programs to their client's goals, past experience, strengths and weaknesses. I like to do the same for my clients as your consultant and coach.
It doesn't matter if you're starting out or a veteran. I will meet you where you are. I'm first and foremost an actor and I hope the things I've learned in my journey can help yours.

PREPARATION KEYS TO BRINGING OUT YOUR BEST
These are few general keys that I use in my practice:
The Opportunity Mindset: Make the most of the opportunity by giving your gift in the most thoughtful ways.
Think Like A Screenwriter: Reverse engineer the scenarios to see where one can show that they understand the story that they are telling.
Give Them Your Something Special: Finding where the choices should be made and how to formulate the best ones using the story and the actor's imagination.
Set-up: Let's put your gift in the best light as possible with strategic ways to set-up your camera, framing and lighting.
Here's a youtube clip of my latest workshop that shows how I use some of these concepts.
Let me know if you have any questions? The first consultation is always free.
PS: I'll keep updating this site. This is just a starter one for now.
All the best!
